Recommended Posted March 24, 2026 on Steam I liked this game, but I refunded it. The trailer gives off the impression to me that it is a cozy basebuilder of sorts, building a place to call your own with all the parts you'd like. This isn't exactly that. The user tags for this one are correct! It's a casual puzzle game where the puzzle is "arranging all these objects in a way that pleases you, but you have to use every object you are given". I wish it were a different game, but I cannot it fault it for being the game it is. If you like object sorting games, you'll like this. If you like basebuilders, you will not like this. -

Not recommended Posted November 3, 2025 on Steam I never leave reviews, but this game pisses me off so much. It's like the developers saw how successful Unpacking was, and decided to replicate it but did it without realizing WHY Unpacking did so well. The only similarity between the two games, is "unpacking" things. Not even unpacking, just taking items out of the category list on the side of the screen. It's not satisfying to take items out, or to finish a category. You'll just be sorting the same items, over and over and over again. And sometimes, you'll just randomly move into a new van. Story mode is crazy thing to name it when there is no narrative aspect at all. Half the time, it's so unclear where you should actually be putting things, if items can stack, or if everything will actually fit into a cupboard. Mostly, you'll run out of room in the closet for your clothes in the most frustrating way, you'll have a pair of shoes or a stack of hats that just don't fit- or you'll have so many items that won't fit you'll have to reconsider moving everything again. It's so unbelievable frustrating, and it's crazy that's the case for a game in this genre where the whole point is to relax and sort items. I would rather just replay unpacking for the 50 millionth time than fumble with this game -
Recommended Posted December 22, 2025 on Steam BEFORE YOU READ THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS!!!!!!! many of the negative reviews are completely missing the point of the levels in story mode. Think of it as VERY similar mechanic to the video game "unpacking" where you're just unpacking our things at each location at different points in the protagonists life. For example level one we're on our own by the beach, level two we're clearly moving in with a male counterpart into a larger camper, and so on. So yes, you'll be unpacking a lot of the same items with some new ones each time, but it makes sense because **we're the same protagonist at different stages in life**. If you catch them complaining about the lack of variety in the beginning, or "can't use the Christmas and Halloween items in story mode!" (cough cough the review left by Apsaphea) they are AGAIN missing the point of story mode!!! You are following the story of the protagonist through their life, they don't have a lot in the beginning, but as we all do as we start adulting, we get more stuff, and we're able to afford bigger things with more variety. I think this game is incredible. I have barely sunk my teeth into it and completed 3 levels but I already want more. In creative mode you'll have all the items and colorschemes you could want for all vehicles, as well as all locations/vibes. You can change colors of any and all items that you bring into the scene and it very much becomes a decoration sim at that point, you'll listen to the lovely lofi music and maybe take pictures. There's even pretty patterns on many items. I had to force myself to stop playing creative mode because I knew I'd spend way too long there today and I don't have that kind of time today haha. It's a relax game! I played this with one of my friends (not co-op, just our own copies of the game, decorating on a discord call and then sending each other aesthetic pictures occasionally). I can see this being a game I eventually put down but randomly picking back up again when I get that itch to decorate. All in all an excellent very pretty experience. -
Not recommended Posted July 8, 2025 on Steam I really wanted to like this game, as I am a huge advocate for more organizational cozy games such as Unpacking, A Little To The Left, etc. Unfortunately, I am more frustrated than I am relaxed when I play this. There have been several times where I cannot figure out the "best" place to put items. It took me forever to find the silverware drawer in level 5 (? I can't remember which level), I thought it went down below the stove, but nope, that's where the glasses went. Sometimes it's just not intuitive where stuff goes. I also really dislike how things never seem to place side by side, there's always so much space in-between the items, but something still can't be placed in space that clearly shows enough room, it's probably the most annoying thing to deal with overall. It's also incredibly tedious trying to figure out what stacks on top of each other, and how many you can stack. There are several smaller items that do not stack on top of larger items, and playing matchmaker with them does my head in. Also, even with my sensitivity at 100% speed, the camera movement is so horribly slow. I have to drag the screen 3 times to get to the view I want. I'm still not done with this game. I want to finish it, but I keep getting way too frustrated and closing it. Graphics are cute, music is great, I enjoy the concept but I am just not having fun playing it. -
Recommended Posted June 10, 2025 on Steam I never make reviews, this is probably my second or third review in the entire 11+ years I've used steam. This game is exactly what I've been craving, especially after Unpacking and a Little to the Left. It can be a bit finicky at times, but honestly Unpacking was sometimes too. This had a lot more freedom than Unpacking but I think comparing the two in which one is "better" isn't fair. They both are very similar in concept, but they are different styles and settings. Unpacking has a special place in my heart but honestly, this one will too. And although some may not consider this style of game to have a lot of replay-ability, I probably will replay it multiple times too. This one is just a cozy game where you can decorate a van, with a bit of a story, but I feel like the story isn't as heavily emphasized as just the "cozy decorate a space" vibe is. My only feedback would be that after designing the van, instead of saying "are you done organizing your van" maybe have a different message like "are you done designing your van" since the organizing step hasn't happened yet. Cute, enjoyable, just wish it was longer, but I had the same feelings with Unpacking. I don't think either will ever be long enough for me. To the creator: Please ignore the people saying "This is just unpacking but _." I think this game has so much charm and comparing games like that is unproductive. Games like this are equivalent to artworks, in my opinion. Interactive artworks. Games like this should be encouraged more, especially in an age of AI and soulless cash-grab games. We need indie developers. We need soul in gaming and less bitter, elitist gamers. And I need more games like this in my life.
