  • Not recommended Posted February 18, 2026 on Steam There is potential here but theres lots of issues still. Item descriptions are wrong, Mini Dynamite and Dynamite do basically the same amount of distruction which is almost less than the 3rd out of 6 digging tools. inventory space is wildly undersized for the resources you collect and the power system on player is VERY frustrating. using a wooden shovel? gotta watch your battery level. you have to make the digging hole a large distance away from the house requiring ALOT of resources to bring power to your hole but you still have to walk over to the house because you have 3 types of inventory, first a shared box all the stations can access, this is the ONLY type of non-player storage that should exist. second you have an upgradeable player storage, with wildly different levels of costs for upgrades. tier 2 energy storage is much easier than teir 1 to make. 3rd type of storage: random boxes you can make that dont connect to stations. frustrating to use. When digging you fill up VERY fast, thanks 10 items in a stack, and you can get stuck trying to get out of a hole because you cannot mine resources when you are full making you have to drop stuff which has collision. This game feels like an Alpha not a early access game. this game needs alot more time to cook for the price to be vaild. Edit in reply to the devloper: Homie i made tier 2 backpack and tier 2 energy storage and i still felt it was bad. the stack size of 10 makes things difficult, i had 3 or 4 upgrades to the storage box aswell and felt i could have 1 to 2 stacks of an item at a time, 20-40 for ores, 50 for dirt, remove the power use from the wooden shovel, lower the next two shovels. the first drill with the two storage upgrades felt good, i did not get past there. cups and bowls should have a chance of being returned empty. things can be reused
  • Recommended Posted February 3, 2026 on Steam I've played almost every digging game out and I have to say this is the best one yet. Has everything from great progression, crafting, and a full story. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
  • Not recommended Posted February 9, 2026 on Steam Cant even go further the first 3 Quest, after picking up the Hammer. When i try to collect the 13 parts, they not count as 13 , always stuck at 9/13 , so the Quest is not ready or cant even complete it ! Tried to start again and again and again! Always the same happened. I can repair the Generator Yes, but incomplete Quest.

  • Recommended Posted February 10, 2026 on Steam I'm only 8 hours in solo and my opinion is that for being early access I very much am enjoying the game. It's quite similar to other games with its own unique twist on survival. You've crash landed and need to dig for ores to process into bars to craft and upgrade items and tools all while discovering surprises underground. Things I think need improvement: 1. You can't hold down shift, alt, or ctrl to queue up multiple items for smelting or crafting. 2. The food mechanic feels weird and it's more of a hassle than a fun mechanic. Food needs a rework and eating raw items like bananas should also fill you up more than they do. 3. Fishing sucks. it's more annoying than anything and you need it if you want to get into the food that satisfies 50 hunger instead of the 25 hunger foods. 4. I think stack sizes should be greater than 10. 5. I don't get why the little hostile critters in the bunkers even exist. They seem pointless considering they don't do a lot of damage and are easily killed with your axe. 6. Energy drains way too fast. You can't get more by sleeping or eating certain foods... WHY? 7. Why can we not pin a recipe or 2? You already have to make this to make that to make what you really want so why not make it easier on the player and let us pin the recipes on screen. 8. I love that it has an in depth quest system, but it could really use some polish. Be a bit more specific about what to craft and possibly some instructions on how to use the items you craft (I had to dig through the controls to figure out how to use my watch and I'm just now got the GPR and don't know how to use that yet.) Things I DO like! 1. Progression feels nice. It's not too grindy or too easy (again, I'm solo so it might be different for MP) 2. Digging is smooth. I do like how your dig size gets bigger as you upgrade your tools. 3. I love that you have the option to shut off auto collection of ores while digging and the option to not pickup dirt. 4. It's nice to have the guy to trade with. I often find myself with an excess of certain ores and can trade them in for more useful ores that I currently need. 5. The compass at the top is super handy. Remember when looking at shelter locations, to take note of compass on that map.. it is not your typical NESW... its WNES. I was digging in the complete wrong direction thinking the shelter I needed was south when it was East (OOF!). Overall I do think it's worth the price. I have high hopes for some QoL. Will possibly update later when I've gotten a bit further into the game!
  • Not recommended Posted February 12, 2026 on Steam This game starts off as a "Wtf am I stuck on right now?!" hit box testing simulator and quickly turns into "I can only dig every 4 seconds" and "Omfg my inventory is full and now I can't dig because there's floating ore everywhere blocking my path and the only way to solve the problem is to throw crap on the ground and pick up the ore to be thrown on the ground. Pros: Diggy diggy hole. Cons: You're constantly out of energy. You lose everything if you die including your digging tool which you then have to go fetch. Inventory constantly full even with auto collect off. No real direction. ------------------------------------- Ultimately. Highly recommend sitting this one out boys. It's got a decent little premise, but over all it's just riding off the back of games like "A game about digging a hole" 3/10 this ones a Grift.
