Enter the Gungeon is a gunfight dungeon crawler following a band of regretful misfits seeking to shoot, loot, dodge roll and table-flip their way to personal absolution by reaching the legendary Gungeon’s ultimate treasure: the gun that can kill the past. Select a hero and battle your way to the bot¬tom of the Gungeon by surviving a challenging and evolving series of floors filled with the dangerously adorable Gundead and fearsome Gungeon bosses armed to the teeth. Gather precious loot, discover hidden secrets, and chat with opportunistic merchants and shopkeepers to purchase powerful items to gain an edge.

  • Recommended Posted June 4, 2025 on Steam This game is really really hard for me to give a proper review on because it all 100% boils down to being skill issue on my part. This game is very hard and very unforgiving. The gameplay itself is very fun, but I personally, am not having fun with it because I am extremely bad and die to the first boss all the time. Like, I cannot stress enough, it is a skill issue for sure. I suck at this game and it makes it not fun for me, however, the game as a whole is fun.

Has fun progression and rewards skill play not just overpowered combinations of powerups. They do aim to please in the GUNGEON... as long as that means you asked politely to kill a lot of baddies (at least I hope they're bad guys).
