• Not recommended Posted February 10, 2026 on Steam I got owned really hard when the game failed to load and had me sit in a endless loading screen to the game leading to a 2 week ban. i understand the harsh leaver penalities but i was luckly streaming when my issue happened. i opened a support ticket to try lighten or remove my ban. i was rejected despite clear evidence of no wrong doing on my end. very disappointing customer support responses and i had no issues or reports in over 1k hours of the game. would have appreciated not being treated like a wrong doer for a issue i did not have control over. based on the responses given to me by support i fear i might risk a permaban for further issues. fun game otherwise really unique and such.

• Not recommended Posted August 26, 2025 on Steam First off: I LOVE this game so, so much. Great characters, amazing aesthetic, dynamic gameplay, interesting kits, intriguing lore. However the game's playerbase (which was never big to begin with outside of korea, as there was absolutely no advertising of the game's existence apart from sponsoring a few small twitch streamers) has been dwindling every season due to poor decisions on the developers' part. It's bad to the point you have absolutely no matchmaking balancing whatsoever. You wait over 5 mins in quick play queue to get matched with the same 16 people every single time, ranging from complete beginners all the way to Immortal-level players. So the few players that do want to try and learn the game with the poor and insufficient in-game tutorials get absolutely bodied by sweats and quickly leave the game. Don't even think about queuing for ranked in EU, btw. In season 1, I was barely able to find enough matches in to reach Plat. Nowadays, it's completely dead. I'm coping that sometime in the future they're able to turn this situation around and introduce and retain a huge new wave of players so this game can thrive, but as it stands, I can't with good faith recommend this to anyone.
• Recommended Posted January 21, 2026 on Steam 90 hours in and I’m still like lowkey role-playing as a delivery service for better players. I loot, I gear up, I follow my team, and then someone I didn’t see deletes me in half a second. 10/10 I don't know how to play the game.
• Not recommended Posted August 12, 2025 on Steam I’ve long stopped expecting this game to function like a “normal” game, and honestly, I don’t even care about smooth updates anymore. But this latest one? It's beyond frustrating. It's disgusting. Jackie, one of my favorite characters, has been completely ruined. Not through any kind of balance fix, but by a complete gutting of what made her special. The developers have decided to randomly reset heroes and strip away their uniqueness like it's nothing. Instead of fixing problems, they’re turning characters into generic, damage-driven shells. This isn’t balancing, it’s laziness and disrespect for players. This is what the developers do now — casually change heroes, remove their charm, and expect us to just deal with it. There’s no real care or thought put into it. Just mindless updates that make the game feel worse with every change. And when the players react, all we get are excuses — the same tired lines over and over, as if we’re supposed to accept it. How can the devs not see this? They’re destroying the game’s heart with each meaningless change. If they can’t respect what makes their characters unique, then they have no business working on this game. It’s frustrating, it’s disappointing, and frankly, it’s disgusting.
• Not recommended Posted January 3, 2026 on Steam Came back for the GGS collab... put in 100 hours during the holidays and my review is based on that. if you are playing in the Asia server this is a functional game, otherwise good luck this is probably the worst solo queue matchmaking experience ever. only play this if you have friends to queue up with. - The steam numbers primarily are made up of players outside of NA/EU - Because of that, bot teammates are a thing and will int your games if you are unlucky with matchmaking. - Even if you have 500+ hours on the game, even if you have decent MMR with a 60% Top 3 rate, you will still get brand new players on your team against full premade players with 50+ lv accounts. - All the other modes are dead queues so don't even bother unless you can get other people to queue up. Ranked queues if you're brand new pop quick at first, then take about 20-30 minutes per pop so have something else on the side Colab notes: - GGS Questbook system is brutal. you can only level once a day, good luck if you start the questbook late. - Gacha loot system for Collab skins :/ Character variety is okay, but you can tell when a character has a dated kit and when you have a pretty powerful kit (see Vanya, Hisui, or Lenore and compare it to Fiora for example) On the bright side, items are easy to get but there's a learning curve with gadgets/kiosk/food so be ready for that. Teamfights are 20% fun, 80% stomps because of how all over the place matchmaking is + what comps everyone is playing. I realllly want to like this game, but it feels like the current state of the game outside of Asia is just so hard to support if you are a solo queue player. find a premade or good luck i guess. Not really motivated to try to put more hours into ranked with just how unbalanced everything is right now and I'm not sure what the fix if this game has been around for years bring back duos gg
