  • Recommended Posted January 11, 2026 on Steam Very good but very short game, I'm mostly worried how the movie will manage to drag this into 2hrs long. Edit: Guys I just watched the movie, it adapts the game pretty well actually and it didn't feel overly long!!!

It's a fantastic slow burn horror experience that has atmosphere, tension and uncertain fate all tied up neatly with interesting lore. David Szymanski knows horror and tension. The Iron Lung Movie takes this and expands upon it greatly with lore, worldbuilding, characters and even more dread awaiting each moment. Massive kudos to Mark and his crew for making the movie and David for the game.[/b]

  • Recommended Posted January 29, 2026 on Steam I see why Markiplier made a whole damn movie about this. Is it short? yes. Does it have few mechanics? Yes. Is it creepy, original and cool? YES. I'm a little bit late to the party but at the time this was released, the internet was full of unoriginal ass games and this really stood out, I remember that really well. The thought behind this game is really deep and definetly deserves a continuation. [spoiler]The frog beast or whatever it's name is was really cool and i loved how you saw it at one of the nodes stalking you before it attacked the iron lung[/spoiler]. I also LOVED the ending and it was perfect? For what it is, 9/10.
  • Recommended Posted January 31, 2026 on Steam Very scary. Almost soiled my trousers when the wall from the Roblox game "Get crushed by a speeding wall" showed up. Terrifying atmosphere. Only downside is that the game was in first person so I couldn't see Markiplier's face.
