• Recommended Posted November 26, 2025 on Steam Marbles on Stream is a game where you don’t actually *play* the game. You press **Start**, watch a bunch of balls roll down a track, and then scream as your marble launches itself off the map like it didn’t want to live anymore. It’s built for streamers, but it’s also perfect if your two personality traits are “Twitch chat” and “gambling, but make it round.” --- ### What actually happens 1. Streamer loads track 2. Chat types `!play` and becomes marbles with cursed usernames 3. Race starts 4. 80% of the lobby dies in the same dumb corner 5. Winner pretends it was skill You are not in control. You are just a **marble god** who presses “GO” and then watches chaos unfold in HD. --- ### Pros * Zero skill required: * No aim * No movement * Just pure RNG and emotional damage * Perfect background content for streams: you can talk, eat, alt-tab, have an existential crisis—marbles keep rolling. * Tracks range from “chill funnel” to “torture device made by a bored physics teacher.” * Seeing your name in the race list triggers caveman brain excitement every single time. * Spectator sport energy: half the fun is watching someone’s marble lead the entire race, then get yeeted off the map one inch before the finish line. --- ### Cons * You will lose to a lurker who joined once and went AFK an hour ago. * Chat will accuse you of rigging it no matter what: * Your marble wins → “RIGGED” * Your marble loses → “RIGGED BUT BADLY” * Some tracks are 30 seconds of action and 2 minutes of everyone bonking the same obstacle like shiny lemmings. * Hard to explain to non-gamers: > “Yeah, I watched digital marbles race for four hours.” > “Did you control them?” > “…No.” --- ### Peak Marbles Moments * Being in first the entire race, then getting overtaken by a marble literally called “User12345” at the last second. * Watching 40 marbles die instantly and the remaining 5 move so slowly you start reevaluating your life choices. * Someone wins one race and immediately starts calling themselves a “pro marble gamer.” * Starting “one last race” and somehow running an entire championship season. --- 9/10 Not really a game, more like a sport for spheres and a live reaction farm for streamers. Would once again type `!play`, die in the first corner, scream “NEVER AGAIN,” and queue next race immediately.
• Not recommended Posted March 20, 2026 on Steam i WOULD love this game, except for the fact that i moved to a new twitch account and now i can't change the account i'm logged into marbles with. which means i can't play with my stream chat, access my drops, or customize my marble. I've tried swapping via the ingame login AND the manual change option, and neither way worked. when I try to use my new twitch account, i get an error every time. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, i tried removing it from my library and re-adding it, i tried deleting every related file off of my computer and redownloading, and it STILL thinks i want my account to be connected to my old twitch. we already have the option to change accounts built into the game. MAKE IT ACTUALLY WORK. what an insane oversight for an otherwise really cool twitch integration. if you want to get this game go for it, just make sure you log in with the right account the first time! otherwise you'll lose access to the best parts of the game forever, i guess. :/

• Not recommended Posted April 11, 2026 on Steam I tried loading up Marbles and it is tied to my old Twitch account that has been deleted a long time ago. How am I supposed to play this with friends if I can't even open the game??
