  • Not recommended Posted June 8, 2025 on Steam Trash company, exploiting playerbase by connecting my career to their online server and then shutting it down... could easily push an update to make my career still playable. never buying a 2k game again. if you doubt me, the year is 2025 and 2k 20 was the last 2k game i've bought. rip ea pos company. also they just copy pasta the previous game everytime anyway and just change a couple ui elements... this company pisses me off. if you release a $60 game every year don't include pay to win micro transactions... or if you are gonna go the mobile route, just release one game that you put more content out every year and keep the player base together.... so stupid

  • Not recommended Posted July 15, 2025 on Steam 3/10 Might have gotten a better score but the game has 2 glaring issues. 1 Is the REAL ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ ADS in the game, and the other is that at least 40% of the features of this game, Including the tutorial are no longer available, because 2k has shut the servers for the game down.   • Not recommended Posted June 26, 2025 on Steam Thanks 2K for locking halve your game modes (most notably, career mode) behind online requirement and then shutting down the servers, rendering these modes unplayable.
  • Not recommended Posted October 2, 2025 on Steam The gameplay is great, but the servers got shut down and 2k decided that the singleplayer gamemode should require an online connection. I hope they come back and unlock it, but they probably won't to try and get people to buy the new games.
