And for the people complaining that you need TF2 installed to even run this, you should have TF2 installed all the time anyway. Because according to this magazine I found up my ass, TF2 is the best shooter ever made and it runs flawlessly on anything. Even a fridge.

Do you ever wonder what it would be like it Valve decided to go in a slightly different direction while keeping some old scrapped content? Well now you can! As a person who played this game before it was officially released on steam through downloading from tf2 classified (formerly known as tf2 classic) This game serves as a fresh and unique experience to play. Unlike Vanilla tf2, some if not most weapons from the game are not present as of this time however, you instead get fun and unique unlocks right from the get go! Wanna know what it was like to toss dynamite at your foes? Well Demoman now has it! Wanna wish the manntreads had a more punch to it? Well soldier has an achor to boot! This mod is what you get when a bunch of passionate people combined with a passionate community revitalizes a game with a new and fun experience! Oh did I mention that a 10th class is added? THE FABLEED 10th Class? well yea he is a chubby civillian who does nothing but benefits his team with aoe buffs just by existing. Anyways this game is fun and free and ALSO FINALLY WE HAVE THE GAME ON STEAM LETS GOOOOO!
• Recommended Posted February 15, 2026 on Steam [h1] A Breath Of Fresh Air [/h1] TF2 Classified is what the base game should have been, but valve gave up after Meet your match and left the game on life support. Only 12 hours in and these 12 hours are genuine fun that I haven't had in the base game for years. Sure, it may not have a playerbase as big as the base game but this playerbase alone is leagues better than the dogwater of casual and communities like Skial. [h2] The Pros [/h2] Quickplay styled match making ✅ Optimization ✅ Looks Better in terms of graphics ✅ Can play on the same server for hours without the casual mode ending the match after 5 minutes ✅ The additional weapons feel better than the unlocks in the base game ✅ Spy mains will cry from a lack of the dead ringer and kunai ✅ Engineers can't shutdown both explosive classes with the short circuit ✅ No content bloat or trash seasonal cosmetics from the same sloppy creators ✅ No Skial ✅ [h2] The Cons [/h2] Wonderland servers ❌ You may feel naked without cosmetics ❌ (Maybe that's just me...)
