Not recommended Posted April 7, 2026 on Steam After 887 hours played, I feel confident in writing a review. Discord banned on 4/6/26 for calling out the general manager on a blatant lie. Not even in a disrespectful manner. Game account banned at the same time, without any violation of ToS, in fact I hadn't even played in a week. Steam should really look into this game team's practices. Taking peoples money and then banning them for expressing criticism is a wildly poor practice. This "General Manager" went rounds with the entire community for hours to follow, in which the majority pointed out the childish and egotistical behavior, unprofessionalism etc. Many were banned on the spot. The game at release had promise, but I struggled to make sense of one single decision made after that point. It's believed that the game is built on Atavism, which the people behind Atavism market as a platform for building MMORPGs for those who don't "code", so take from that what you will. Despite overwhelming community feedback regarding the "Whale-ability" of the game, nothing is addressed. It's heavily pay-to-win. I held the role of community supporter in their discord for most of my time there, and even had multiple voice chats with the team, in which they asked for help, but then showed no signs of accepting any of the help given. I'm not one for wasting my time. I could write much more, but I have wasted enough time on this. Purchase at your own peril. -
Not recommended Posted February 23, 2026 on Steam The game is fun, i had fun . . . Then when tried to teleport to the local town to complete a quest, it teleports me to the far side of the map. I thought "huh not a big deal" but the next day i get on it shows that i have been banned for over 4000 DAYS. I think "surely this is a mistake, i didn't do anything wrong". So i try to seek support though the official Discord and all they come up with is that is technically a Violation of the Eula Agreement and i obviously confused as to what i did wrong seek help from the general chat . . . I was promptly Banned from the Discord. Funny thing is a couple days ago i was going to write a positive review but after this experience paired with lack of support and the "convenience" items you can buy with real money as well as other peoples concerns, i can no longer recommend this game to people. Its a shame I regret spending money on this game and wish i could get it back, you should save yourself the headache. #JusticeForTof -
Not recommended Posted April 3, 2026 on Steam A fun game with a lot of good PvP potential... until you hit level 100 and really wish that Nigerian prince had paid out like he promised, because it quickly becomes obvious that this is possibly the most P2W game in the history of P2W games. Seriously. All player gear can be upgraded from 2 to 15 "stars", and any upgrade past three stars risks destroying the item. But wait! You can use an item called "Tera Protection" to prevent breakage - if you fail, the Tera is destroyed rather than the item. And how do you get these Tera items? Why, you give the developers money obviously! Generally speaking, around $300 will get you 10 Tera or so (13 item slots, 15 levels per item, math, math...) and they only prevent breakage, no guarantee of success. "Pfft! I'm not gonna pay to win like some loser!", you say. Right up the day that you realize that someone who paid a few thousand dollars to 10+ slot all of their gear (again, seriously) will literally one-shot you and your five star gear 90% of the time. In endgame PvP, there are only two types of players, hunters and prey. And, if you aren't paying hundreds or thousands of dollars, guess which one you are? -
Not recommended Posted February 7, 2026 on Steam Quinfall developers banning players for discussing monetization here’s what happened to me I wanted to share my experience with Quinfall’s dev moderation and the discussion around monetization in the game. A few hours ago, I posted a comment explaining how VCoins (the game’s premium currency) can give players advantages. Almost immediately, I was permanently banned from the Discord and steam discussions . No warning, no temporary mute just a permaban. Dev stated I had been banned for “creating a perception of pay-to-win.” Apparently, my argument was considered strong enough that it triggered a ban. I want to clarify why this is concerning. About discussing opinions: Firstly, there’s no rule against sharing opinions on game systems or comparing them to other games. Players should be able to discuss mechanics freely without fear of permanent bans. Quinfall includes systems that can accelerate progression for paying players: -Premium features allow faster resource gathering. -Some farming mechanics are limited by world space and real-time hours, but Premium gives measurable advantages. -Weekly tokens prevent items from breaking, and these tokens were integrated into RNG systems. These are concrete examples of mechanics that give paying players an advantage, which is what many people describe as “pay-to-win." About moderation: The fact that discussing these mechanics resulted in a permanent ban feels concerning, players should be able to share factual information about how systems work and transparency about monetization and progression is important for the community. I’m not trying to troll or attack the game; I just like to talk, debate, and gather opinions from other players and I want people to be informed about this kind of completely incomprehensible practice. -
Not recommended Posted February 24, 2026 on Steam Do not waste your time or money on this project. The management of this game is a disaster. I was banned without any valid reason. When I tried to reach out to support, here is what happened: They replied with a generic "EULA copy-paste" stating they have no obligation to provide information. Immediately after that, they DELETED my support ticket to hide their incompetence and close the case without a manual review. When I tried to ask about this suspicious behavior in their official Discord, they instantly BANNED me there as well. The support team is literally deleting evidence of their own mistakes and silencing anyone who asks questions. If you encounter a bug or a false-positive ban, don't expect help—expect to be ghosted and blocked everywhere. A team that treats its community like this doesn't deserve your support. STAY AWAY. -
Not recommended Posted February 20, 2026 on Steam The moderators/devs of this game will ban you for anything they deem "Unfavorable" this includes talking about monetization in discord and/or in game public chats. If someone is killing mobs and you even remotely touch that persons mobs you will get banned. If you say anything bad about the game anywhere you will get banned. There was an instance a guild member was trying to help out a new guy to learn the game and he got banned for giving out too much information..... Like seriously? This game has a very small player base to begin with, but sure yeah lets ban our player base so we have less people to play our game and keep it alive. This is the worst moderation i have ever seen in a game ever. Dont buy it unless you want to get banned for doing litterally anything and throw your money down the drain
