Worms Armageddon was originally developed as an expansion pack to Worms 2 and initially titled Wormageddon before it was released as a standalone game. Worms Armageddon was acclaimed by critics, who praised the refined gameplay and stylized graphics, and it has been featured in a number of "greatest games of all time" lists. Worms Armageddon is still updated periodically as of 2020, and was released on the Steam platform in 2013.

  • Recommended Posted October 22, 2025 on Steam It is easily one of the best games in the franchise and one of the best games ever made. It is impossible to get bored with this game. In single player you already have so much to do, but in multiplayer online every single match, every single round is different. The game is from 1999 and it is still getting updates and support and the servers are still running. That should say something about the quality of the game. You are even free from many corporate BS, since the game itself doesn't require an account and you are able to host your own games without depending on the official servers. This is a true online multiplayer game.

You can get both in one easy .exe from this github [url=https://github.com/Carlmundo/WA-Plus]Carlmundo/WA-Plus[/url] whoever that is +1 for making it easy for friends to get it up and running with no fuss! No go and blow up your friends with sheep (>.<)
